Head Coach

I started trampolining when I was 7 & have always loved it. For me, the world spinning around & upside down is the most fun exercise I could do. The feeling of defying gravity & the adrenaline of going higher, somersaulting more, twisting faster is incredible. The satisfaction of working hard on a new skill, then finally achieving it is brilliant. I competed for years & still have trophies, medals, awards & certificates from past competitions. But I have always preferred learning new tricks, rather than perfecting certain ones for use in a competition. That's why I wanted to set up a recreational club locally, to progress new & interesting trampolining skills whilst in a fun & enjoyable atmosphere, without the stress of an upcoming competition, being judged on neatness, or compared to others.

I started coaching when I was 17 in 2007. I love my job because I get to share my passion with others. I enjoy the diversity of working with many different personalities & teaching both children & adults. I have lots of experience working with various disabilities & really enjoy coaching these ones. Coaching can be challenging & exhausting, but it is so rewarding to see the enjoyment & progress of each individual.

I joined the Tumbling Trampoliners team in May 2018 and there’s nothing I love more… working with people of different ages, abilities and backgrounds and helping them reach their own personal goals and targets brings me such joy and makes coaching so enjoyable. Seeing someone's face light up as they achieve what they have worked so hard on is just incredible. Studying paediatric nursing at University, I have lots of experience working with children, and also people with mild to profound disabilities.

Level 1 Coach
I have been trampolining since I was 10 in 2014 and ever since then I have loved learning new skills that I never thought I would be able to do. In September 2020 I started helping out as a Young Leader. I enjoy teaching people of different ages and ability levels all of the things that I learnt over the years. I am now in the process of becoming a qualified coach. I love coaching and being able to watch others progress from beginners to advanced bouncers in just a few months. Seeing the sense of achievement from others after they have worked so hard to achieve a skill is amazing. I am proud to be a part of Tumbling Trampoliners!

I was born in 2007 and started trampolining in 2018 to improve my social skills and gain a little more confidence. As soon as I stepped onto a trampoline, I was hooked and fell in love with the sport! When I found out about the Young Leader training sessions I was eager to join and learn how to coach others. In 2019 I became a young leader and was able to start coaching and helping others to progress. Ever since then, I have loved being getting to know and help others at the club. Happy to be a part of the Tumbling Trampoliners family!

I started training in 2020 and find it really fun. I love the thrill of being upside down. Initially I was just helping my younger siblings learn new skills, then I trained up as a young leader. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them progress. I like the vibe at Tumbling Trampoliners.

I'm Jumping Jewels I only started trampolining in May 2017 when I brought my children to the club, but it was love at first bounce! I've progressed like wildfire and now I'm becoming a coach, which I'm super-happy about! I love inspiring people and defying the limits that society puts on Mummies, daring to do crazy things and helping others find their self-belief. It's an honour to be a teeny part of such a wonderful team that Tumbling Trampoliners truly is! Let's do it! Xx

I am French and came to the UK for the lovely British weather. I have been trampolining since 2014. I initially started because I wanted to learn how to sommersault and do flips safely, as I wanted to do them in parkour and snowboarding. Tumbling Trampoliners was the perfect club to learn as it's recreational, there is no competition and everyone is friendly! I'm a web developer, I have built the website you are looking at now and two apps to run the business, help with marketing, design, photography, building and maintaining the trampolines.

Coaches Of The Future
At Tumbling Trampoliners, we have a training programme for our talented young people. Anyone over the age of 10, who has passed trampolining award 10 can be trained up to become a Young Leader. Qualified and experienced coaches run training days during half-terms and school holidays. At these, our advanced trampoliners learn how to start coaching lower level skills through safe progressive steps. They also learn great communication skills, teamworking, how to be positive role models and learn to contribute to making the club an enjoyable and safe place to be. After being trained, they volunteer to assist others learning to trampoline in the regular classes, all still under the supervision of our qualified coaches. We make sure they still have plenty of trampolining times themselves too though! Then if they want to, from the age of 16, Tumbling Trampoliners will fund their coaching qualifications. We love working alongside our Young Leaders and invest a lot of time training them, as these are our next generation of coaches.
