Trampolining Awards
Trampolining has 15 skill levels. We track your progress on an app, which you can acccess.
You can see which skills you / your child has been working on & mastered, how far through
the level you / they are & which skills need to be accomplished to complete the level.
As you pass these awards, you can collect nationally recognised certificates, badges & medals.
If you move to another trampolining club, they will recognise your certification and continue
to progress you from that award. We use a mixture of core skills combining twist & rotation,
drills (repetitions), routines (sequences of moves) & move combinations to make
you the best trampoliner you can be!
